Welcome to the Family!

As recent as this past sunday, a young, yet innovative Chinese fine jewelry brand Qeelin was welcomed into the PPR family. For those not in the know, PPR is a french firm that operates brands in the luxury and “Sport & Lifestyle” markets specializing in apparel and accessories. Some of its brands include  Gucci, Bottega Veneta, Yves Saint Laurent, Alexander McQueen, Balenciaga, Brioni, Stella McCartney, Sergio Rossi, Boucheron, Girard-Perregaux, JeanRichard, Puma, Volcom, Cobra, Electric, Tretorn and Fnac.

Qeelin is a company that was founded in 2004 by Chinese designer, Dennis Chan, and French entrepreneur, Guillaume Brochard . This brand ”embraces the mythical essence of China’s cultural heritage with the excellence of French craftsmanship” through contemporary Chinese fine jewelry design. Its interpretation of mythical and superstitious Chinese symbols as contemporary jewels sets this brand apart from the rest.  Currently it operates 14 boutiques across the globe and its jewelry can be found in trendy multi-brand stores in Paris and Tokyo.

Personally, the brand looks good and its product look very unique. I don’t doubt that it will take long before much of this brands product offering is replicated by other jewelers in the industry. Purchase a piece now if you can before it becomes priced well out of some of our reaches. Interested in more check out their site here.
